                             RESOLUTION NO.   21016 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
                   FOUR (4) FIRE HYDRANTS FOR PUBLIC FIRE
                   PROTECTION AT  LOCATIONS MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF
                   THE TARIFF THEREFOR.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the installation of four (4) fire
       hydrants for public fire protection be and is hereby authorized 
at
       the locations described herein:
       	   
       	    1.	 One (1) fire hydrant at 526 Manufacturers Road.
      
       	    2.	 One (1) fire hydrant 800 ft. West of Highway 27.
      
       	    3.	 One (1) fire hydrant 285 ft. north of C/L of
                 Manufacturers Road on Compress Street.
      
       	    4.	 One (1) fire hydrant 1000 ft. from C/L of Manufacturers
                 Road on Compress Street.
      
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to
       the Tennessee-American Water Company be and is hereby authorized.
